The fund invests in tax-exempt municipal securities issued by U.S. states, the District of Columbia, U.S. territories and local governments or agencies. It invests in U.S. dollar denominated, fixed rate, high yield bonds that are rated as higher than Ba1 by Moody's or BB+ by S&P or Fitch Inc. with a maturity of at least one year. It seeks to track the performance of the Bloomberg Municipal Yield Index, by using representative sampling technique.
