The fund invests in fixed income markets of global region. It invests in U.S. dollar-denominated investment grade debt securities issued by various U.S. and non-U.S. public- or private-sector entities that are rated Baa or higher by Moody's or equivalently rated by S&P or Fitch. The fund invests in securities with dollar-weighted average portfolio maturity of not more than three years. It invests in securities of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. It seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the FTSE 3-Month Treasury Bill Index. It does not invest in securities of companies operating across manufacture of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products or military equipment, the operation of gambling casinos, the production or trade of pornographic materials, or in the oil industry, including extraction, production, and refining or the production, distribution of coal and coal fired generation sectors. It employs proprietary research to create its portfolio.
