Aldeyra Therapeutics, Inc., a biotechnology company, develops and commercializes medicines for immune-mediated diseases. Its lead product candidate is reproxalap, a reactive aldehyde species (RASP)modulator, which is in Phase III clinical trial for the treatment of dry eye diseases.
